»  You will have excellent support pre-departure and during your placement, where possible through the Ladakh Nuns Association (based in the capital, Leh) and from the UK via email.  Both can also provide information on sightseeing and can arrange meditation courses, trips to teachings, etc.

»  Whilst monasteries have no specific rates covering food and accomodation, a donation at the end of your placement would be sufficient.
